Sleep Issues? Try Blue Light Blockers

IMG_2935.JPG

If SLEEP is an issue for you, consider using blue light blocking glasses. Did you know the blue light emitted from electronics (TV's, phones, computers, etc) suppresses melatonin making it more difficult to fall asleep (1)? Using these glasses is an easy way to help protect your sleep while still being able to enjoy electronics or get that last minute work done on the computer. I got a 15 dollar version from Amazon, which works great, but there are several different price points to meet everyone's budget. They're also great for biking at night! Happy Friday!
